Commercial Litigation in Australia
Suite 4, Level 3517 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, 3000
Our law firm is based in Flinders Lane, one of the more culturally diverse and interesting areas of the Melbourne CBD.
The core values of White and Mason Lawyers are built on Integrity, Transparency and Respect and it is through the consistent application of these values in our day-to-day operations that we have built a reputation as one of Melbourne’s most trusted and respected law firms.
Our team of lawyers have experience working with some of Australia’s largest law firms and are committed to resolving your legal matters in the manner most beneficial to your financial outcomes and not those of our law firm.
We are often engaged to act for clients in high-stakes disputes and litigation that are adjudicated in the Supreme Court and Federal Court of Australia. Our law firm also represents clients in high-end commercial and property deals and we are able advise on the full life-cycle of these sorts of transactions.
We have a broad and diverse range of clients, ranging from high net-worth private clients and families to small-medium enterprises, well-known Not For Profit organisations, and larger multinational companies.
Internally, the motto of our law firm is “Audaces Fortuna Juvat” – translated to “fortune favours the bold”. We believe that the only way to truly experience the richness of life is to take risks.
That is the basic tenet that informs Mark White’s approach to existence, and it has played a crucial part in helping him find equilibrium between running a successful legal practice and enjoying a fulfilling personal life.
Mark White is an experienced lawyer, strong on witness and evidence examination. He acts frequently in the Victorian Supreme Court as well as all other courts in Victoria, personally handling high profile cases for major clients who depend on the expertise of our law firm and its lawyers to deliver the best possible results for them.
White & Mason Lawyers is still a boutique practice, but Mark White’s experiences have created an unconventional firm with a very clear philosophy. He likes to employ people with compassion and experience who value a good work-life balance, not surprisingly then, the majority of his lawyers are women. The testosterone-fueled arena of big law is anathema to Mark White.
We don’t have lawyers willing to work 60-70 hours a week as a default mode, because we want them to have a family life, read books, travel, enjoy the footy, or do whatever they enjoy! People with life knowledge and fulfilled lives tend to be better lawyers, because they have a greater understanding of culture and clients.
In all things that the White & Mason team do it is a constant principle that our core values of respect, integrity and transparency are observed in all relationships.
If you are in need of one of the most progressive, vibrant, ethical and knowledgeable law firms Melbourne has, we invite you to contact us today to discuss your legal requirements.Show more +
