Acting for a well respected and established Retailer/Merchant expanding its property holding to meet growth in its business ventures. Including contracting on a purpose built Storage depot in London and taking additional Occupational Leased premises in the Provinces. 

U.K. Headquarters relocation for a Telecoms business operator. 

Disposal of part of a Commercial Site (acting for an International Company selling to a Supermarket operator) for redevelopment as a major Distribution Depot, with Building Works provisions and Separation Works obligations.

Sale of a Town Centre Building let as a Mixed Use Scheme Investment (Retail / Apartment Hotel) to a Student Accommodation provider (retaining a Retail Unit investment) subject to Planning and with Overage arrangements.             

Disposal of a large Landed Estate.

Advising a Clearing Bank on £multi-million loan facilities to an Agricultural (Soft Fruit) operator and to a Care Homes provider.
