Mahadi Osman is the Tax and ICV Services Leader at STROLLA Limited and STROLLA LLP. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) in the UK and member of the Accountant and Auditors Association (AAA) of the United Arab Emirates and he also have a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting.

Mahadi accumulates over 12 years of experience in the accounting and taxation field across array of industries including agricultural, minerals exploration, manufacturing and retail. He is an approved and authorised Tax Agent by the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA). He provides a range of serviceassistance to the business partners of STROLLA including tax, accounting advice, ICV certification and business advisory services

Mahadi’s expertise includes Transfer Pricing Planning and documentation, Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) as well as outlining of the tax risks associated with the operational models in businesses. He also assists STROLLA Clients to understand and assess the impact that the implementation of the OECD's Base Erosion Profit Shifting project will have on their U.A.E based businesses, in addition to the implications of the Double Taxation Treaties

Prior to joining STROLLA, Mahadi has worked as a financial controller for several companies in Sudan and in the U.A.E. Additionally, Mahadi has worked as a tax consultant in a reputed tax boutique firm established Dubai and he also managed the tax function of an accounting firm based in Abu Dhabi.
