Krzysztof specialises in M&A transactions, both buy- and sell-side, private and public. His practice also encompasses restructuring and corporate law. He has worked for a number of private equity and venture capital funds, as well as sector investors and founders. He advises clients at each stage of transaction, including planning structure, due diligence review, negotiations and interim period, as well as exit process.
Before joining GESSEL in 2016, spent six years with a number of recognised law firms, working in the fields of business and companies law.
Author of publications in the areas of commercial law and civil law.
