Koay Eng Hooi is a co-founder and Senior Partner in our firm. He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya and has to two decades of experience under his belt. Koay has vast experience in offering advice and providing legal assistance in the specialized field of mining and has extensive knowledge in matters pertaining to banking and real estate laws. Koay is involved in corporate advisory works for institutions, both locally and abroad.
