Her regulatory and funds practice specialises in the legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of investment funds, and holding companies and managers. She particularly enjoys dealing with complex legal and regulatory issues. She is client focused forming strong client relationships based upon understanding the client’s business and its needs, placing the client central to the relationship, advising honestly and providing pragmatic solutions rather than just legal advice.
