This firm was founded more than 25 years ago with a simple but challenging goal. We sought to provide the very best qualities of a large, traditional law firm with the client focus, responsiveness and efficiency that larger firms simply cannot offer. Over time, we have built a team of experienced lawyers who are committed to this philosophy of practicing law.
We believe in working with our clients in a way that we would want to be treated if we were the client. That includes knowing our clients’ businesses, building strong relationships, and being responsive. We believe it’s not enough to simply identify a roadblock or say why something cannot be done. We use our experience and the knowledge of our clients’ businesses to develop practical, creative solutions to help make the deal go through or tip the balance in the litigation.
In both transactions and litigation, our team has world-class experience in a range of practice areas including banking, real estate, finance, leasing, bankruptcy, construction law, dispute resolution, corporate law, and probate and trust, just to name a few.
We’re proud of the close relationships we build with our clients, who trust us with their most challenging legal issues.
We believe our clients matter.
