At Dipchand LLP, we are committed to building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and their advisors looking for practical and strategic counsel to navigate their ventures through the ever-changing legal landscape.
Our value as trusted advisors is measured by the calibre of our legal advice, quality of service, and the stellar reputation that we have carefully cultivated and strive to maintain. If your business’ cornerstone is its intellectual capital, we are your legal partners.
Professionalism & Integrity
Our lawyers’ reputation for professionalism and integrity is hard-earned every day, with every client, with every matter and in working with everyone on both sides of the table. That level of professionalism, coupled with our authenticity and character, reflects well on your business.
Trust, Honesty & Loyalty
We believe trust is earned. As tenacious and steadfast legal partners, we give your business trustworthy and unvarnished advice. Our clients’ loyalty is reflected in our long-term commitment to their growth and success, in which we are grateful to play a part.
Ingenuity & Inventiveness
We see clever solutions where others see only difficult problems. Our strategic approach leverages inventive solutions that transform obstacles and challenges into opportunities. Those opportunities are then built upon sound legal strategies that support our clients’ business goals.
As external general counsel to many of his clients, Greg serves as a lawyer and strategic advisor. Clients rely on him for the kind of unfiltered advice they might not otherwise get from their own inner workings.
In Greg’s transactional practice, he provides staple services to his clients, such as share and asset deals, mergers, acquisitions and amalgamations spanning a wide range of industries. The continuing management of his clients’ corporate health and welfare is the primary objective of his corporate practice.
Greg’s practice is rounded out by his extensive contractual experience that his clients rely on to protect and nurture the critical commercial relationships at the heart of their success.
As well, Greg has developed a sophisticated niche practice in tax structuring for corporate and high net-worth private clients.
When he’s not helping his clients prosper, you can find him on the golf course, club in hand.
