Gregory is the founder and CEO of the Forensix Group, an Australasian-wide organisation specialising in workplace and general/corporate investigations, due diligence and consultancy services. A former detective inspector in the New South Wales Police Force, Gregory led strike forces and major complex investigations in all areas of crime. He also was responsible for investigations into professional standards (internal investigations) and the development of policy and procedures. Gregory was also a trained police negotiator.
Gregory is currently undertaking an MBA, has degree qualifications in Business (human resource management), investigations and post-graduate qualifications in criminology and investigations management. He is a licenced investigator in Queensland and New South Wales and an accredited trainer.
Since leaving the police force, he has established himself as a specialist investigator and consultant in sexual harassment, bullying, misconduct, fraud and code of conduct matters. Gregory is also a specialist in investigative interviewing, obtaining witness statements and related matters. He is experienced in training of all matters related to investigations and compliance, including ethics.
