Dr. Fabián Jaramillo Terán co-leads the practice at Jaramillo Dávila Abogados and is one of the most prestigious and experienced labor and employment lawyers in Ecuador, with over 40 years of experience in the matter. Graduated in 1978, Dr. Jaramillo has forty years of experience on counseling and litigating for various national and international enterprises in both labor individual and collective matters.
He has acted as alternate State Judge, alternate Supreme Court Judge, President of the Bar Association where he implemented the first program to provide free legal counseling to low income citizens.
