Founded in 1975, ZBV Abogados is one of Argentina´s leading legal service firms. Our success history is inextricably bound to the history of our clients, who we accompany in their growth offering advice on a variety of legal matters. From the beginning, our firm stood out for its real estate practice, a market where we continue to be undisputable leaders participating in the most relevant and innovative investment, financing and development project in our country and the region.
In later years, in response to the growth of the economy and the more complex business scenario, we broadened our focus to build up a strong and innovative practice in M&A, capital markets, private equity and venture capital, as well as litigation and arbitration. Our team of talented lawyers combines a profound knowledge of the law with an intense energy and passion for the legal practice and the search for solutions. We know our clients operate in an ever-changing and challenging market, and our aim is to anticipate their needs and offer creative and efficient legal solutions that will help them take the necessary risks and make the right decisions for their projects.
Our client portfolio includes some of the main local and multinational corporations. We also support entrepreneurs throughout the value creation cycle, from the birth of an idea to the concretion of a business. Throughout our history, we have developed a strong network of alliances and strategic partnerships that allows us to serve our clients both in Argentina and worldwide: Multilaw, Mackrell International and First Law International. Zang, Bergel & Viñes takes a very strong stance in its commitment to pro bono work, both through non-profit organizations, supporting our clients´ corporate social responsibility initiatives, and through our participation in the Buenos Aires Bar Association Pro Bono and Public Interest Committee.
Mission Offer creative and efficient legal solutions that facilitate business, create value for our clients, our partners and all the members of the ZBV community, and contribute to the economic and social development of our country.
Vision Be our client´s preferred partner, anticipating challenges and offering legal solutions that will help them take the right decisions for their business.
