Christina Kufer advises national and international companies on all questions of commercial legal protection as well as in the areas of information technology and digital business. Her main areas of expertise include legal support in the design of products and marketing campaigns, the drafting of license and distribution agreements and advice on the introduction of innovative business models. She also represents start-ups, medium-sized companies and international corporations in out-of-court and in-court disputes over trademarks, designs and copyrights as well as in the field of competition law.
After studying in Munich and Istanbul, Christina Kufer completed an LL.M. degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science with a focus on Information Technology and Communications Law. She passed the second state examination at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin as the best of her year. Christina Kufer has worked as a journalist for national media for many years and regularly gives lectures and workshops.
