Show more +Christian Love is the Lead legal practitioner, negotiator and managing partner at Livingstone Attorneys. He is the thought leader, research and idea steward at Livingstone Research & Ideas.
He is an expert in foreign direct Intelligence and investment as well as Industry leader in Intellectual property. Christian has over 19 years varied business and legal experience providing thought leadership to the legal community and to clients across corporations, designing, developing and deploying tropicalized corporate legal and business models that guarantee incremental, predictable and measurable progress.
Christian has clear values, firm principles, strong culture and enviable work ethic. He effectively describes them in his own words as thus:
My Attitude is Gratitude
The gifts of life, love, Intelligence, friendship, family, geography, problems, pain and all the other gifts that God and life unfold, which enrich the minute details of my life. I am truly grateful.
My Language is Love
Love is tough. Love is truth. Love demands the highest sacrifice sometimes. Love is also compassionate and displays empathy for the loved. My language manifests this in its truest form.
My Character is Competence
No excuse. No Explanation. No justification for personal and professional failures or inadequacies. I must raise the standard, push the envelope, and give my best as a global citizen to the specific area of my calling and the services I offer to the world
My Price is Personal Responsibility
I have accepted personal responsibility for my greatness and that of my nation. I refuse to blame my government, the marketplace, my background, religion, colonization, or the oft-blamed Western oppressive patriarchy and white privilege narratives for my predicament or that of my nation. While many factors have written my history, I, alongside other patriots, will shape the future of my nation and the world.
My Expression is Joy
I am a bundle of joy. I am internally driven. I energize the room. I allow life to touch me, so sad events make me sad and exciting news makes me happy. However, no event can take away my joy. It is deep-seated. It is an ever-flowing stream, it is contagious and proliferative.
My Impression is Authenticity
I am persuaded that we all bring to the world a uniqueness that is totally and completely different. Finding this and expressing it brings out the best in us and others. I am not a black man; I am a blessed man with dark skin, who has the ability to impact the world with the fullness of my talent, passion, calling, and ultimate destiny.
My Identity is Christ
Christ, the archetype and perfection of human expression, and not the religious one being peddled by a large proportion of organized religion. I am neither articulating perfect performance as my identity nor am I a plastic saint who has all the flowery language without the practical expression of the inner life, the very expression which I live despite my daily failings and struggles. My identity is continuously striving to learn, grow, mature and find full expression in Christ’s expression.
Christian is motivated by the ability to solve people’s problems, he finds joy in the lights in people’s eyes when they come heavy with problems and with the grace of God upon him, his eloquence, oratory and humour is able to dispel their problems to the barest minimum. He does what he does for meaning not for money because Money ultimately follows meaning. Christian has immense admiration and respect for his country and believes nothing is impossible if the mind is put to maximum use. He understands Nigeria’s socio-economic and political landscape and has access to opinion shapers and decision makers across the board.
Christian has vertical and horizontal relationships that define and refines his thoughts and actions. He cherishes his relationship with God, his mentor-leader, and honest nation builder who has taken him under his wings. He is respected by his colleagues at work and friends in the industry who see him as light years ahead. He provides incredible leadership for the next generation legal and business leader.
Christian as a “Human Responsibility Pragmatist, has through his law office, directly and indirectly, facilitated more than 650 pro bono cases for the most vulnerable members of the society. He was able to get the much-needed justice for a vulnerable woman whose brother was electrocuted against one of the four major electricity distribution company. She was maltreated for over a year by the company and was told she deserved nothing. She was unable to pay an attorney, but Christian, seeing the justness of her cause, represented her pro bono with irresistible intelligence till she was awarded a compensatory total sum of Thirty million Naira (N30,000,000) – £63,337
Christian currently represents the family of Zainab and Petra Nielsen, mother and daughter now deceased allegedly murdered by the husband and father.
Christian has had varied experience in his career spanning eight different industries. He has a proven track record in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property registrations and valuations, international licensing and technology transfer, implementing scalable research and ideas, building and leading diverse teams, leading large-scale corporate restructuring, designing and deploying inventive and innovative business solutions. Christian is an accredited agent of the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Nigeria.
Christian most recently worked with a security and printing PLC where he gained reputation of being the lead re-negotiation with 4,900% cost savings amounting to $4,777,000 (four million, seven hundred and seventy-seven thousand dollars) in an already executed contract with the company’s technical partner (which has the US Treasury Department and the United States Government as clients). He saved another $10,500 (ten thousand five hundred dollars) on monthly payment as well as $7,500 (seven thousand five hundred dollars) on hardware for end users essentially cutting down the endless cost of maintenance, support and logistics.
Amidst several global applicants who audited for the Jordan Peterson Fellowship, Acton School of Business, Austin, Texas, U.S.A, he was part of the 2% selected.
