Evergent Law is a value-focused law firm for business owners and individuals. Fanatical client service, matched with practical, budget-minded solutions best describes our firm's approach. We provide our clients the protection they need and the confidence they seek in their legal matters.
This is a 21st Century law firm. Our offices are simple and efficient. Our lawyers are easy to work with and practical in their approach. We know that many agreements do not need to be built from scratch. A good agreement can be worth its weight in gold, but its cost should not indicate that it is made of it. We are sensitive to budgets and will provide a fixed fee or range for our services whenever possible. If the budgetary certainty of a fixed, monthly retainer for services is a more appealing option, we are happy to discuss it.
Our experience in legal practice and entrepreneurship provides our clients a valuable advisor in their business-related matters. Our legal experience ranges from multi-national, public-company representation to single-member business start-ups. The advice you receive carries with it the experience of an entrepreneur, actively engaged in the operation and management of businesses, outside the practice of law. Our managing partner doesn't just sit on the sidelines advising business owners – he is in the game. We understand how much your business means to you, its employees and its customers. We take our client's needs to heart, it is an honor and a privilege to be of service to them.
