Benoît Couty advises on the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, international group mergers, LBOs and share capital reorganisations. He also has considerable expertise in tax litigation including transfer prices.

Benoît Couty holds a Maîtrise degree in business law and a Masters degree (DESS) in International Business Law.
