Benjamin is the Dispute Associate of Le & Tran. He represents companies and individuals all over the world in litigation cases under Vietnam’s jurisdiction. Benjamin’s current main practice includes commercial dispute settlement, litigation in court and arbitration, judgment/arbitral award enforcement, and advisory matters. His practice broadened over the areas of contract, corporation, investment, commerce, bankruptcy, construction, real estate, intellectual properties, labor, and family laws.

Benjamin has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in cases related to breach of commercial contract, interference with contractual relations, purchase and/or sale of businesses, partnership/shareholder disputes, initiation and implementation of the bankruptcy procedure, real estate transactions, labor restructuring, wrongful termination, copyright claim involving derivative work, as well as dividing matrimonial assets during divorce. Based on his experience, he provides clients with creative and unique solutions in dealing with the grey areas of Vietnamese law in this evolving legal landscape.

Prior to his law firm practice, Benjamin used to work in the banking industry. The knowledge and understanding of finance that he acquired through this experience has become a valuable tool for Benjamin to effectively handle commercial disputes.
