Aya Kikuchi is specialised in M&A, company law, employment law and data protection. She is experienced in representing both Swedish and international clients in negotiations of share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other commercial contracts. She has also been involved in several projects for implementing GDPR. In addition to the Swedish law degree, she has Japanese legal education and has Japanese as her native language. During her time at the firm, she has worked with a number of large international Japanese companies as well as organisations and provided legal services regarding inter alia M&A and employment issues. Before working at the law firm, she served as law clerk at the Stockholm City Court where she was admitted among the most competitive applicants.
