Russell Bedford SITAX was founded with the aim of offering quality tax and labour advice and assistance to high-profile customers, with special attention to Italian companies with interests abroad and foreign companies with interests in Italy.

The long experience of our professionals and the in-depth knowledge of the sectors and areas of activity in which our customers operate, allows us to offer high value added, characterized by the identification of the most innovative and complete technical solutions in response to requests and to more complex current issues.

Russell Bedford SITAX has been created to give companies a global perspective on the international development. This includes analysis of feasibility studies: appraisals for disposition or acquisition purposes; advice on the establishment of new companies, reorganizations and mergers. Our goal is to help our clients turn the strategy into reality and make it happen.

Admitted to the Roman Bar in 2000. Admitted as a Barrister of the Supreme Court in 2015.

After studying at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona and the Universita' "La Sapienza" in Rome, at the latter of which I obtained a degree cum laude in jurisprudence in 1995, I gained a deep professional experience in civil and labour disputes.

I am accredited and short listed with various foreign public entities in Italy, such as:

Oficina Económica y Comercial of the Spanish Embassy in Rome and Milan;

Catalonia Trade & Investment, Milan;

Basque Trade and Investment, Milan.

Publications: I am author of various publications/books in the matter of Labour law; the last in 2021 named “Il licenziamento del lavoratore” (The dismissal of the worker, edited by SEAC S.p.A., Trento, Italy).
