The law firm was founded in 1937. In 1988 it became a partnership and it currently has eight partners, around thirty lawyers and ten administrative employees. The firm is located in Milan, but the activity counts on a network of contacts and correspondents working all over Italy and the world.

The law firm cooperates and shares the Milan offices with Studio Danovi - CPAs and tax consultants. The firm also cooperates directly with the law firm Giorgianni in Rome. The whole working structure is composed of around eighty people, including professionals, trainees and administrative employees.

Alberto Manfredi was born in Cremona in 1964 and graduated in 1989 at the Catholic University of Milan.
He joined Studio Legale Danovi in 1992 and became a partner in 1999. He is now head of the Credit Recovery and Management department.
He has acquired a 20 year experience in assisting clients recovering their credits in Italy, taking also care of all the related issues such as out of court settlements, court litigation, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, enforcement procedures and insolvency proceedings.
