Show more +Ahmad is the Founding/Managing Partner of Belgore, Olufadi & Co. He is called to the Nigerian Bar and has about 17 years post qualification experience. Ahmad is a Notary Public and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
He started his professional life working in the firm of Olaniwun Ajayi LP where he gained experience in advising on disputes resolution mechanisms, business and business startup, investments advisory and transactions advisory, transaction documentation (negotiating, drafting and review), projects finance, litigation, company-secretarial portfolio, public relations, business regulatory compliance, corporate administration and regulatory interface, procurement processes.
His experience spans advising on commercial contracts in the power, telecommunications, labour, real estates, financial sectors. He has also gained experience advising regulators in the exercises of their powers and representing those regulators in actions before the different tiers of the Nigerian court system. He participated in advising on the creation and operationalizing the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON). He’s advised on various Bonds issuance programs.
He currently renders Company Secretarial services to several companies in the country in the air transport, hospitality, and medical fields. He sits on the boards of several blue-chip companies
